Production Schedule

The production schedule is a planning document which should enable you to plan out all the tasks that need to be completed from the start of the unit to the end of the unit.  This should include all of the pre-production and planning, the production and the post-production tasks and the date by which you need to plan to have them completed.  It should also include a column showing when they were completed with a comments column for you to note any adjustments or amendments made during the process.
